....on my body scan that I had on Sept. 27th.
I thought that it was a bone scan, but it was a whole body scan.
So they checked my whole body for cancer and found NONE!!!!
I cannot tell you what a relief that is to hear!!
It is a DAILY fear that this has come back.
The exact words on the results paper are:
" NO DEFINITE EVIDENCE OF OSSEOUS METASTASIS."
Whoooooo Hoooooooo!!
CANCER FREE - THAT'S ME!!!
I still have to go every 3 months for a checkup with my doctor,
and have mammograms and MRI's every 6 months, just as a precaution.
I won't mind that because it will also be a stress reliever.
I am so happy for ME, but in a way sad for every other woman out there
that is not getting the same news as me.
