OK, Tomorrow is "Surgery Day June 12th 2007 "

Wish me luck...............Prayers help!!
I never thought I would say this, but I am actually abit afraid.
Wait.............Did I just say that outloud?!?!
I worry that something could happen and I won't wake up.
I guess that is a normal thought, right??
The ONLY surgery I have ever had that I wasn't awake for
was my tonsils when I was a little girl. I don't remember it,
so I don't think that counts!
I am sure that all will be fine but I'm still thinking about it.
Did I describe the surgery??
They are going to go in and remove the tumor and some surrounding tissue.
Then they are going to perform sentinel lymph node dissection.
Then they leave me on the table and send the lymph node down to the lab and they
check it to see if there is cancer in there.
If there is, they remove the lymph nodes around it.
If not, they close me up, wake me up and then I can go home.
It will take a couple of hours and I will sleep through it all!!
I just really want it to be over!!

Oh well.........Hopefully I will be back on tomorrow to let you know how it all went!
